OUR STORY

Beef and Barramundi, owned and managed by Trevor and his wife Marie D’mello, is the one and only steakhouse on the beautiful Ettalong Beach to dine. Trevor brings with him years of experience from his highly successful restaurant, The Yellow Piano. Using local seafood and produce, our cuisine can be described as Modern Australia with French influences, highlighting our chef’s culinary background.

Sit on our deck, in our romantic hide-away, at the bar with the most extensive choice of drinks on the coast or around the dance floor and enjoy your meal while listening and dancing to the talented Trevor d’Mello. Listen as he sings through his vast repertoire of music which spans the era’s from the 50’s and through the decades right through to today’s hits.

Our Chefs

Our chefs are highly regarded as professional chefs who have a passion for Australian modern cuisine, using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. They are well known for their steaks, barramundi, as well as the succulent pork ribs, whilst their desserts are just amazingly out of this world.

Russell & Anthony have been with us for the last 5 years or more, and have over 20 years of cooking experience.
